Mary Ann Harwood

Mary Ann has been proudly serving Toole County as the Clerk & Recorder for 8 ½ years.  This is an elected position with a 4-year term.  Mary Ann is responsible for overseeing the accounts payable, the payroll, birth and death records, all the recording, the Commissioners’ minutes and she also serves as the Election Administrator for Toole County and the cities of Kevin, Sunburst and Shelby.
