The Office of the Toole County Clerk of Court proudly serves the public by maintaining the official records of the County’s District Court. The Clerk, elected to a four-year term, oversees the filing and management of all civil, criminal, adoption, guardianship, probate, juvenile, and commitment cases.

In addition to court records, the Clerk’s Office issues marriage licenses, processes passport applications, and coordinates jury service, court minutes, witness oaths, and evidence handling during trials.

Our goal is to ensure the court runs smoothly and that the public is treated with fairness and respect. While the Clerk and staff assist with filing and record requests, please remember that they are not attorneys and cannot provide legal advice.
