The Toole County Ambulance Service was established in 1970 by a group of 18 dedicated volunteers and now responds to an average of 350 to 360 calls each year to assist residents across the county. Staffed by trained EMTs and paramedics, the service provides emergency medical response and patient transport. As a member of Region 2A, Toole County Ambulance coordinates with Glacier, Liberty, Hill, and Choteau counties for local training and disaster preparedness planning.
