The Toole County Elections Department is responsible for conducting all Federal, State, County, City, and special district elections in accordance with Montana and Federal election laws. The office oversees voter registration, ballot preparation, polling procedures, and election security to ensure fair and accurate elections. The Election Administrator plans, organizes, and manages all aspects of the election process under the guidance of the Montana Secretary of State and in compliance with state and local regulations.
